Welcome to tk999p. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk999p ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk999p website located at tk999p.app and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the tk999p platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the tk999p platform.

tk999p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last reviewed.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these definitions is essential to correctly interpreting your rights and obligations as a tk999p player.

"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits awarded to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
"Real Money Funds"	Funds deposited by a player using an accepted payment method, held in the player's account balance.
"BDT" / "৳"	Bangladeshi Taka — the primary account and transaction currency used on the tk999p platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time — UTC+6, the reference time zone for all platform operations, support hours, and transaction processing windows.
"Self-Exclusion"	A voluntary account restriction initiated by a player that prevents access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

References to "including" or "for example" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of the statement in which they appear. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context requires, singular words include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the tk999p platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tk999p does not permit access to any player under the age of 18, without exception. This is an absolute requirement and is not subject to discretion.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tk999p platform due to a violation of these Terms or a responsible gaming restriction that remains in effect.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a commercial operator, affiliate, or agent for any third party.
• The funds you use to deposit and wager on the platform are from a legitimate source and do not represent the proceeds of any illegal activity.

tk999p reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed, if there is any reason to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming and betting services on tk999p, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account. Any winnings accrued using an account registered with false information will be voided and forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only on the tk999p platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If tk999p identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

3.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk999p customer support immediately at [email protected].

tk999p will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or any sensitive security credential. Any communication purporting to be from tk999p that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk999p may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point, and will require it before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. KYC verification requires you to submit a government-issued photo ID and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. Documents submitted for KYC are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk999p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk999p does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any currency other than BDT.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the tk999p platform is ৳500. Deposit attempts below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable to all players by default; however, individual account limits may be applied as part of responsible gaming measures or at tk999p's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 business hours during BST peak periods. Processing times may be longer during high-traffic events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches.

All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedure. tk999p reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Funds

Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and any applicable game contribution rates are detailed in the terms of each individual promotion. Players must meet all wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in those bonus funds being removed from the balance.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

tk999p offers a variety of promotional incentives including a Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and a VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first deposit on tk999p are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to ৳10,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold specified in the current promotion. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Abuse of the Welcome Bonus offer — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is stated in the current promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity window will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus funds from your account balance.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed toward meeting wagering requirements; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed in the promotion's individual terms. Placing wagers on games with a 0% contribution rate while a bonus is active will not make progress toward clearing wagering requirements.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are not transferable between players and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• tk999p reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where the promotion is being exploited in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
• Players who have active bonus funds in their account balance should be aware that withdrawing Real Money Funds before bonus wagering is complete may result in the automatic forfeiture of the associated bonus balance.
• VIP programme rewards, including cashback, free bets, and exclusive promotions, are granted at tk999p's sole discretion based on qualifying activity levels. VIP tier benefits are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted.
• All promotional offers are intended for recreational players and tk999p reserves the right to restrict access to promotions for any player at any time.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk999p platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud tk999p or other players through misrepresentation, manipulation of game outcomes, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the tk999p platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are monitored and may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, macros, automated scripts, or any software that plays on your behalf without human input. All game sessions must be conducted manually by a registered player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live casino formats where player interaction is possible.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds for wagering. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and legal action where warranted.
• Impersonation: Accessing the platform using another person's credentials, impersonating tk999p staff, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.

6.2 Responsible Use of the Platform

You agree to use the tk999p platform responsibly and to make use of the self-management tools available to you if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful. These tools — including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion — are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

tk999p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in a verification request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Evidence that the player is under 18 years of age.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

7.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure are forfeited and will not be returned.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed and has had no wagering or deposit activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tk999p will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative maintenance fee, and the remaining balance may be reduced accordingly after reasonable notice. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk999p and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a wagering decision made by the player.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond tk999p's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by certified RNG systems, which operate independently of tk999p's control.
• Technical errors or system failures during live betting events that result in bets being voided or settled incorrectly, where settlement rules have been applied in accordance with the published sports betting rules.

8.1 Service Availability

tk999p makes reasonable efforts to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. tk999p shall not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.

8.2 Governing Terms & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and tk999p in respect of your use of the platform. In the event of any dispute arising from your account, wager outcomes, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact tk999p customer support at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of time for the matter to be investigated and resolved through internal dispute resolution before pursuing any other remedy. All disputes will be considered in good faith and in accordance with the plain meaning of these Terms.

8.3 Amendments to These Terms

tk999p reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at tk999p.app/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.
